  • I've got my order and there is a product missing?

    Ok, one of two things could have happened here. The first one is one or more of your products might be on back order. Please check your recent e-mails (including junk) and our customer services team will let you know if there was a slight delay with any items on your order. They can also update you on how long it will be until you get it. If there is no e-mail there, contact us at and we'll see if there was an error in processing the order.

  • One of the products I've ordered is faulty.

    We are very sorry to hear this. Before attempting to return a product please ensure that you have not missed anything in the set-up of the product.
