1. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you will get 14 calendar days to cancel your order if you have change your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. Find out how to return your item(s) using our hassle-free process here.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to replace them or get a refund.
2. FAULTY GOODS
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to get in touch before returning. You can do this by filling out the form on our Customer Service Hub here, and a member of our team will look into it for you.

If you’re cancelling your order with us and have already received your goods, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us as indicated below. You`ll then receive a full refund as per the policy set out here.
Once we have identified the issue with your order we will provide you an RA number. This must be enclosed with your returned goods to allow us to process your refund.
3. UK CUSTOMERS ONLY - HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return a faulty item or to cancel your order within the 14 day cooling off period, please simply write our address and your order number on the outside of the parcel and insert a copy of your invoice in the along with the RA number that we’ll have provided you from our customer service team (this is very important to ensure we refund you!). Please take the parcel to the post office or drop off at your chosen courier. Please remember to get a proof of posting or collection should we have problems identifying your return at our warehouse.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
If you are an EEA customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you within 28 days from the day we receive your items back from you.
If you are an EEA customer and you have returned faulty items and asked for a refund, we will process your refund within 28 days of the date we agree that you are entitled to a refund.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full (product costs plus the costs of delivery to you)
If you are an EEA customer and you have exercised your legal right to change your mind and cancel your order, we will refund you the price paid for your order and the costs of delivery to you, however we may make deductions from your refund for damage or wear and tear to items where you have used (or excessively handled) them.
In the event that we do not receive your rejected or returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your Post office or applicable courier documents as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we do not receive your rejected or returned goods and you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
5. CAN I HAVE AN EXCHANGE INSTEAD OF A REFUND?
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
